Indira Gandhi International Airport is only a short trip away from Sushant Lok-II. 17 km away, the airport can be reached within 40 minutes, depending on traffic. Keeping the city of Gurgaon connected by land, the Basai Dhankot Railway Station is less than 20 km away from Sushant Lok-II. There are plans to extend the existing Rapid Metro system to the Sushant Lok area. Once this is complete, the area will be excellently connected.

The DLF Golf Course Road is home to a number of big corporations. Growth in this area has been steady and continuous with more companies setting up offices here as time went on. These are mainly caused due to shoddy upkeep and poor infrastructure. Traffic in the surrounding areas tends to get heavy during peak hours. This problem is exacerbated during the monsoon because rains deteriorate the condition of the roads. In some parts there are no proper pavements or zebra crossings for pedestrians making it very difficult to walk around the city. This locality and the ones that surround it have seen an increase in crime over the past few months. The police department are working on the problem and it will, hopefully, be resolved in the near future.

Sushant Lok II is well connected to other parts of the city. The area has easy access to most other localities nearby and ones further away, through the metro system. This has spurred the growth of this area in the past and will continue to do so as the city and it’s surroundings develop further.
